2011 chevy sonic tire rotation, auto butler, gear shifter replacement i am always satisfied with the quality of work northstar does. The only suggestion i would make is---when i am waiting at the dealership for my car, at least give me an estimate of how long my service will take. Or come update me on how much longer i will have to wait. Sometimes i will sit for 2 hours with no idea what is going on! I don't want to have to walk out to the garage & ask "how much longer?

Brought my vehicle in for an engine light problem and it turned out I needed a complete tune-up and front brakes! I have never had a negative experience at North Star and trust the service department employees, they are all very nice and knowledgeable.

We were in market for a new vehicle. GM was offering incentives to purchase vehicle & take delivery by July 1st. we had every intention of purchasing another impala but when we saw the equinox we were torn as to what vehicle to purchase. Our sales person Steve Depkon was so knowledgeable and patient. He and other members of the staff took so much time to work up different options for us it was unbelievable. The kindness and attention they gave us was so appreciated. So we went home that evening with a 2013 equinox and couldn't be more pleased.

2011 traverse brought in for...
2011 traverse brought in for recall/warranty re: low coolant level. Was a wait customer, barely had time to read the paper before the work was done. On the way to the dealer, I noticed that an oil change would be needed shortly and asked service advisor if I could also have that done even though I did not have an appointment for that service. Was told sure, no problem. Always get good service.
