I've been dealing with Northstar for about 9 years and have always been satisfied with your service. My service manager is Dave Conn who is the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly service manager I have ever dealt with.
We've bought or leased several cars from North Star Chevrolet. And I will take my business there again as soon as my lease is up. Everyone is always smiling and so friendly. My salesman Gary has always been such a help. The service department, top notch. I just took my mother there last month and she drove away in a new Equinox.
We had to return the car a second time, because the problem wasn't taken care of. After that everything was taken care of and they were very accommodating in taking care of it. Our experiences with Northstar have been very positive.
i had a Doctor's appointment about one and a half hrs. after the service appointment. The service manager said they would try to get my service done in time. In a little less than an hour the job was finished and i made the doctor's office with time to spare. Great Job Service Team !!!
Sign to the service area is confusing, I could not figure out where to go . The way waiting lounge is hard to find . In the service area there were people but no one really greeted me, did felt uncomfortable being my first time having an oil change . When I bought my car it was a different atmosphere, while you are in the parking lot somebody greeted you.
