I confess that I was a few minutes late for my appointment and I was still greeted with a friendly smile and was registered in. Since I choose to wait for my vehicle and hadn't been there for some time, I forgotten where the waiting area was located. A courteous young man walked to there...taking the time to exchange a few words. I was impressed. Other places I thought would have pointed me in the general direction and had me fend for myself. I appreciated the personal service on even the most insignificant level. It meant something to me...he was on the clock as a mechanic...not trying to sell me something. I guess that really made me feel like I made an excellent choice in buying a Chevy. That employee went out of his way for me...and I thanked him. Wish all dealerships were like that.
