I was the first appointment in the morning, for a simple oil change and I still waited for over an hour and a half for it to get done. This was the first oil change of this new car so I'm wondering why the service took so long. Unacceptable to be honest. It shouldn't have taken over an hour to do a simple oil change.

Our salesman understood what I wanted to do. I had several phone conversations with a staff member before we got to the dealership and the car we were considering was at the front ready for us to look at. We were taken care of immediately. Was treated respectfully . However, we decided on a different car than the one we had previously look at. I am very satisfied with my transaction and would recommend North Star to anyone. Our salesperson was top notch in taking care of us.

I’ve taken my truck to your dealership many times over the last few months. Jay is great. However, my engine light is on, I have my truck towed, told what the problem is, pay to have it fixed; only to have the engine light on the very next day. The most recent was a few days ago. I was told I needed a new battery, paid over $300.00. The next day, my engine light is on again! It is ridicoulous! Not only the expense; but my time. I’m constantly taking ubers back and forth to your dealership. I bought my Tahoe from you too.
