First, the original survey asking how my service was for which I replied: Hello, I just picked my truck up after being inspected, and having the Techs look at a couple issues that I have been experiencing lately First the radio has a mind of its own, Meaning that the radio would automatically scan channels with the display screen and the channel menu going from the low to the high channels at a fast rate. Also, this issue just started to happen earlier this week, with the the control knobs, temperature, radio screen all going dark mainly when you hit a bump and then hitting a bump again and everything going back on in most cases. most cases. The Techs told me they tried to get both issues to recreate and said they could not, after driving the truck 10 miles or so. Not 5 minutes after leaving North Star these 2 described issues started to happen again and as before would last until I would hit a bump again. Something loose you all tell me. Were they too booked with appointments and didn’t have time to really investigate this and make another appointment to bring the truck back They should have said that if that was the case, I would have understood and made another appointment. Yet I was charged for what, story time? I apologize for the long rambling email. The second response sent back after Emma Jones responded: Okay, so that the Techs can tell their story? I feel that they were not honest or had too much work to be bothered spending time today to investigate these issues. The issue with the radio has gotten worse since last Friday (5/3) after I picked up the truck, now the control screen will not function on the right side and the control knob lights have only gone off once when hitting a bump and back on again when another bump was hit. I explained this all to the Check In person at the time of the original check in. I just want them to spend some time investigating these 2 issues, but I should not have to pay for the labor charge going through all this nonsense. I'm fine paying for whatever is wrong with both issues to be corrected. I just want a functioning truck in these area. Thank you, David Nagy 412
