I have been purchasing vehicles from Northstar for several years. The last couple of years have been a disaster. 2022 ordered new truck, it took 2 years to wait for all factory parts 2024, again ordered new truck, was told after receiving truck that radio was incapable with Sirius radio. Second order a metallic gray color, I got a gray truck NO. METALLIC THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING, AND EXTREMELY DEPRESSING And worst all this survey will do NOTHING to resolve my issue
