I have been purchasing vehicles from Northstar for several years. The last couple of years have been a disaster. 2022 ordered new truck, it took 2 years to wait for all factory parts 2024, again ordered new truck, was told after receiving truck that radio was incapable with Sirius radio. Second order a metallic gray color, I got a gray truck NO. METALLIC THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING, AND EXTREMELY DEPRESSING And worst all this survey will do NOTHING to resolve my issue

I love the service department! They’re always pleasant and professional. In addition, yesterday I got to talking to Eric, who went to Rosedale, where I teach. Eric exchanged a lug nut on my truck because mine was bulging due to someone using the air gun incorrectly. Then, there was a gentleman who stopped in with an issue that nobody could fix. Eric took it upon himself and figured out this gentleman’s problem, which was going to have to be taken care of another day. Two customers went home happy last night!

First service for my new 2023 C8 Corvette Stingray on April 1, 2024 with about 2,372 miles on the car, plus state inspection. Service was promptly scheduled and completed timely. Anthony, Eric and Dave were all courteous and sincere to ensure I was satisfied with the service provided. This is my third Corvette purchased from North Star Chevrolet during the past 10 years. This dealership has a very good grasp on what constitutes solid customer service and sales.

I had my wife bring the car up for the oil change. She told the serviceman the tires did not need rotated because I already did it in the winter for the snow. this morning in the garage I found the lug nut covers on my garage floor (2) and check the tires and the covers are half on and half off. I know this is cosmetic but I only have 15, 000 on this car and I am going to buy it out of my lease. The last time I had my oil changed in the GMC I had to bring it back because it was leaking oil. Then I hit a deer and my wife talked me into letting North Star have the $15,000 repair. My GMC also had a problem with the transmission and I paid you $3500 dollars because I thought I had a warranty for the length of the loan when I purchased the car from you????? So again I got screwed. and now you lost my lug nut covers. I will be addressing this with service as soon as I can get back to the garage.

The repairs were made very professionally done. I am pleased with the outcome. I do believe the headlights need to be readjusted. I cannot see quite as well as I could before they were replaced.
