When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was given the wrong keys, which I didn't realize until I was in the middle of the parking lot. After walking back, I was given the correct key only to realize, upon reaching my vehicle, that there was a vehicle parked in front of mine so I had to make another trip back into the cashier to have someone move that vehicle. This annoyed me because I told the service department I'd be there at 5:00 to pick up my vehicle and I was there at 5:00. My vehicle should not have been blocked in. I didn't find the cashier to be appropriately dressed - I don't think a black, off the shoulder sweater with visible red bra straps is professional.
