Hi there my advisor Anthony was wonderful. He got back to me in a timely manor when I would message to find out the status of my car. My only complaint is the loaner vehicle. I have a traverse that seats 8 & the biggest vehicle they had for me was an equinox that only seated 5. I watch kids & have 4 car seats & a booster seat. So I had to borrow a friends van for a couple days which was a big inconvenience. So may be a good idea to offer same size loaner for what they are bringing in to be serviced.
