Confirmed Service Customer
You misplaced my registration/insurance information and it left your dealership in another vehicle. I have yet to receive it after I was told it would be mailed to me. Those documents contain personal information. I was told it was left in a managers car but the fact is it happened and I care not who they went to. One of my new tires has a slow leak and I am asked to wait 10 days for an appointment to fix your errors. The rims look terrible. I received close to a thousand dollar bill and my truck was returned dirtier then I left it. All the stuff you must use to mount the rims was left on the rims. That is a terrible common practice if that is the case. I was asked if I could make it by 4 since that is when they close or they could try to make a plan B. I dropped it off the night before and left it the entire day. I was informed I needed tires 9:30am but it took all day to mount tires? I did not recieve a call it was complete until 3:45pm. Lack of quality, detail, care, and responsibility on your part is what I have experienced. I would like these matters resolved quickly. I should not need to make an appointment and be inconvenienced further when it is your fault in the first place.
