Confirmed Service Customer
I had taken my car in for a state inspection and to have the tires rotated and the oil changed. I was able to make an appointment for the time that I had wanted. I was greeted by the service writer as I got near the building. He listened to what I had to say about what work that I wanted done to the car. As my car was being worked on I had stayed in the waiting area. The area was clean and bright. I took advantage of the free coffee that was available in the main show room. I received a text message about the status of my car. Within a reasonable about of time I was notified by the service writer that my car was finished. I looked over the receipt and noticed that the mechanic that did the work was very through in his inspection. He pointed out that the tires on my car were getting old/weathered and will need to be replaced before the next inspection. I was very satisfied with my experience at the dealer. I have never had any complaints about the dealer or the work that I have done in the many years that I have dealt with them. I feel that I am always being treated fairly by North Star.
