I brought my car in for two recalls. I was told upon pick up that the parts were not available for one of the recalls because they were on back order. I should have been told this before I dropped off my car so I could wait and have both recalls done at the same time. Now, I will have to go back when the parts are available, which is inconvenient to be without a car twice, when it could have been only once.
