Made an advanced appointment for recall notice to install my front and back park assist that was not installed in my 20220 Silverado when purchased. After having my vehicle most of the day I got a call from service advisor in the afternoon that they needed to order the park assist modules and would need to schedule another appointment. I thought by making the advanced appointment they would have order the parts and be ready for the installation as they had did with the previous front seat ventilation recall install. Very poor customer service.

Work was done in a timely manner. Service rep was very communicative on everything
