I have been there four times for a bad actuator switch and nobody would believe me. I was able to google the problem and find the solution immediately but it took this dealership three months and four visits from me before they called GM for assistance. I had a video of the issue and they didn’t want to look at it. I had this vehicle less than a month before the problem started. Worst dealership I’ve ever purchased a car at.
