My inspection sticker expired on August 30th and I forgot to have my auto inspected. I was leaving my place of employment on October 16th and noticed the sticker expired. My first reaction was to call my son who is a Police Commander for over 35 years for the City of Pittsburgh. I was in question if I would get a citation and fine for this. He told me that if I were stopped I would be given notice to have the inspection within 60 days. I immediately called my local North Star dealer for an appointment ASAP. The lady that I spoke with was extremely helpful and understanding. She was able to get me an appointment for Wednesday, October 18th if I could do a drop off the evening before. She said that she would make arrangements for me to use a Courtesy Car and that I could use the car until my auto was finished with it's inspection. Everything worked out perfectly for me and my car had a new inspection sticker on it by Wednesday October 18th when the dealership service department called me at 2:00 PM to inform me that my car was finished and ready for pick up. I received outstanding customer service from my NorthStar Dealership in Moon Twp., PA I have been a loyal customer with this dealership for almost 20 years now. I have bought four automobiles, both new and used in those 20 years and have always received outstanding customer service at this dealership. A truly satisfied customer, Shirley A. Caleb Byler was an amazing salesman, he was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns since we were technically buying a car for our teenage daughters and one of whom is legally blind in her right eye. However we didn't want something to crazy expensive but something that would keep them safe and we were not expecting to buy that day at all.There was one Trax on the lot we would of considered, but he found one at a near by dealership with more safety features so moral of the story is Caleb went above and beyond our expectations and he wasn't pushy and that in my eyes makes him a better salesman and a true asset to your company. Our daughters are in love with their Trax and at the end of the day that's all that matters.

Someone took approx $30.00 in quarters from a 16 oz cup in have in the cup holder I save these for my grandson and give him the $ for his birthday. The cup was almost full. I was very pleased with the service (fix radio) but very disappointed that someone stole $ from the cup. I reported this to Mr. Hogue He had someone call me back and told me "they would keep me posted" Haven't heard back u have a thief and liar working for you Not very effin happy
