Kevin Bever was upfront about everything and I never felt like he was just trying to sell me a vehicle and get rid of me. I felt he was professional and thorough and very easy to get along with. Unfortunately since I do not have credit cards, I dont own a home and my previous car was paid of for 2.5 years I had no Transunion score, which made getting me financed a bit difficult. But Kevin in Financing worked diligently to get me financed. I even was offered pizza, which I can say has never happened when purchasing a vehicle before, even when it was there. Granted, I know it wasn't purchased specifically for me, but that was a kind gesture and it was appreciated. I didnt NEED a new vehicle, and paying more than I had wanted due to my financing rate was a bit concerning, but weighing the pros and the cons I decided to move forward with the purchase knowing it was still within my budget and I have peace of mind with a warranty. I also felt that purchasing from a dealership that was upfront and honest attributes to that peace of mind. Overall I am very satisfied with deciding to purchase from this dealership and I have always been a GM girl as my mom was a lifelong GM employee and I have always owned GM vehicles, even when I purchased used. Even my mom was impressed when I told her that the GMS invoice was provided upfront and I didn't have to push for it. My experience was top notch in terms of overall customer service and I am the happy and proud new owner of my first brand new vehicle in 20 years. As a person whose job is customer service, I rate this experience a 10.

Because I didn't buy tires I chose to go where they are cheaper they decided to make me wait almost 4 weeks to get my car inspection So they think more about commission and money then someone like me who's bought 3 cars from them
