Very happy with the service I got I had a great salesman Eugene he works very hard to get what I wanted.. I’ve always been a Colussy customer for 22 years but their stock inventory is very low and my lease was coming up so I took a chance and came to Norstar and I’m so glad I did. Frank in the service department was very professional and courteous. He remembered me the second I walked through the door. I dropped off my truck for next day service and they called me before 9am to let me know they were already finished. The service was spectacular and fast! Frank deserves a raise!

First bad experience with the dealership in almost 10 years. New tires were not checked for faults before I left garage. Left and came back an hour later with 17psi in tire. Leaky valve was fixed at no charge but anxiety was off the charts trying to get back to dealership with a "brand new" tire losing air on the parkway. Very disappointed this wasn't checked.
