Annie was very personable and attentive. The amount of time I had to wait for the service to be completed was minimal. Waiting area was very comfortable. I always feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment I arrive, which is why I drive an hour to get there even though there are two closer Chevrolet service centers.
Staff was great. Everyone we talked to or dealt with from the Receptionist, Salesperson, General Manager, and Finance personnel went above and beyond expectations. The whole experience was so refreshing. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we left as a satisfied customer and we absolutely did. I will highly recommend North Star Chevrolet and salesperson, Gary Jammis.
Everything went very well. All issues I had were addressed to my complete satisfaction. I ran into a jam trying to get back to pick my vehicle up. My wife ended up running late and was not able to take me over to the dealership to get my truck. I ended up calling Dave Konn, my service advisor, and explaining my dilemma. Dave, was able to use the new Lyft service to send a driver to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. That made my day! You see, it was Saturday and the dealership is closed on Sunday so that means I wouldn't have been able to get my truck until Monday and I would have had to go in late to work. Dave really helped me out and I truly appreciated it. I think that using Lyft as the shuttle service is a fantastic idea! All in all, this was one of the best service visits that I've had so far! Thanks again Dave!
Loved working with Kevin he was very knowledgeable and professional. Was glad to hear that he was a sales person that has been with the company for a while. Our first salesman left shortly after I got my Equinox in 2018. So I am looking forward to having a salesperson if I need anything and a great dealership!
