It was a pretty simple service of an oil change and the yearly emissions inspection but it was completed promptly and without any issues which is always great because it allows me to be confident to bring my Corvette to the dealership for any other services required. They have also consistently done good work on the car the last few years actually. Also I was able to drop off my car a couple of days early on the weekend before the appointment and I really appreciate the flexibility offered.

I ordered a car in February. My car salesman gary was fantastic, kept me up to date on everything. Very much appreciated him. My car was done being manufactured in June and has been sitting in a lot in Mexico since. I never got the car I wanted and ordered. Due to my inspection being up on my current car and not wanting to put any more money into it I had to settle for a car in the lot. I am very disappointed in Chevy that my car was never shipped to me and they couldn’t track the car. They told me the car was in Michigan and Baltimore in august and then back in Mexico. Every time we called gm, they had no answers for us, couldn’t tell us when it would ship. I am aware of shortages across the country and was very patient, but 8 months+ is ridiculous when it was finished in June. I will not buy a gm car again. My salesman was fantastic, but very disappointed with this company.

Shawn did a great job keeping me informed since it took a few days to get the needed parts. The loaner car program is the best! helps me bring my truck back to where I bought it, if you didn't have it I would of went to a Chevy dealer closer to my house
