March 9th I Took delivery of my 2021 C8. First and Foremost "Love my Car - technology and design features are off the chart" After 4 months of driving suddenly the left door / fender gap was misaligned causing a rubbing sound opening and closing the door. I took it to the service dept to demonstrate the problem where Gene Brookins and the service dept treated it as High Priority. They couldn't have more caring and attentive to me as they resolved the problem. Its Customer Service like this, that keeps me coming back to North Star Chevrolet.��������
Great dealership, never had a complaint and even had my car washed there and it looked better than an outside carwash. salesmen do a great of working with you to get you a good deal on a new or used vehicle. I like the staff there, they're a friendly group .
I am generally happy with North Star, but this time I had a complimentary battery check done & was told it was fine. This morning, after driving for 2 hours (highway), I was in Ohio, far from any service. Upon departure, when trying to start the car, twice, it just clicked. It did start on the 3rd try. Now I'm concerned & wondering what the battery check had to do with this. Secondly, the inspection report (in tiny print at the bottom of the page) says "RR bonded brake at 4, near minimum of 2/32. Change soon." It would have been nice to have that called to my attention before I left North Star. Good thing I actually read the report. Also, for the brakes, two boxes are empty & I don't know what that means.

From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and attentive during my service appointment. The service they provided was quick. The staff was very friendly and kind to their customers (including the other customers that I watch them engage with). My husband is in the market for another vehicle and there���s no doubt we would come to this dealership to purchase our next vehicle.
