I waited two hours for a simple oil change, only to be told that they accidentally took the inspection sticker off my car (which did not need inspected until August of 2019), so they had to re-inspect it. This is what took up most of the time, when I was simply coming for an oil change. Gave me a card for a free oil change next time, but that still does not make up for the fact that I wasted my time and could have taken my car somewhere else and had my oil changed in 20-30 minutes. I will never be using this dealership for service again.

After being told there was nothing wrong with tire, we insisted that it be checked out closer. It was then discovered that there were 2 razor blades in the tire. Then, the incorrect size of tire was put on the vehicle. After receiving a call from the service manager, I checked the tires and called the next day. I was made to believe this was a larger issue with many customers. However, after speaking with Will, he was unaware of the issue, was rude, and needed to call me back. The error is an inconvenience and I should not have been met with opposition when calling back for it to be resolved.

I would highly recommend this dealership. I do believe this is about the 7th vehicle that we have purchased with NorthStar between the Zelienople branch and the Moon Twp. branch.
