The process was easy and everyone was great. I got my engine light fixed. 1 day later it was back on again and will be going back to the dealership for repair.

It was a good experience, I don't like going to car dealers that use high pressure sales tactics to purchase. It was good to work with someone that give me a fair price without any delays of going back and forth and spending hours to purchase a vehicle. I went through the whole process in two hours. I will purchase more vehicles from North Star.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Northstar for several years. The last couple of years have been a disaster. 2022 ordered new truck, it took 2 years to wait for all factory parts 2024, again ordered new truck, was told after receiving truck that radio was incapable with Sirius radio. Second order a metallic gray color, I got a gray truck NO. METALLIC THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING, AND EXTREMELY DEPRESSING And worst all this survey will do NOTHING to resolve my issue

I love the service department! They’re always pleasant and professional. In addition, yesterday I got to talking to Eric, who went to Rosedale, where I teach. Eric exchanged a lug nut on my truck because mine was bulging due to someone using the air gun incorrectly. Then, there was a gentleman who stopped in with an issue that nobody could fix. Eric took it upon himself and figured out this gentleman’s problem, which was going to have to be taken care of another day. Two customers went home happy last night!

First service for my new 2023 C8 Corvette Stingray on April 1, 2024 with about 2,372 miles on the car, plus state inspection. Service was promptly scheduled and completed timely. Anthony, Eric and Dave were all courteous and sincere to ensure I was satisfied with the service provided. This is my third Corvette purchased from North Star Chevrolet during the past 10 years. This dealership has a very good grasp on what constitutes solid customer service and sales.
