had an issue since last year in noveber due too defect in rear view mirror .the agent passed it last year and was told would replace after ordering part never replaced it after 11 months then went for yearly inspection this year in nov 23 was told no record of it and new agent said would order it and replace it with no charge .when part came in and i went too get it repaired charged me 126.00 dollars i explained my problem again for the 5th time in 1 year .the supervisor mikebish did resolve it after about waiting another hour due too overcharging and trying too resolve it .he did satisfy me after all was said and done .honestly the dealership is ok but im not real satisfied with this chevy cruize as far as manufacturing this car .i had too relace rear TRUNK HATCH COST 150.00 dollars and this car has only one way too enter the trunk no other option too get in the hatch back .poor design.i have never had any chavy car that onlu had one access too trunk .poor design .bad manufacturing of this vehicle .but over all happy with dealer ship north star .just fyi they need too design there vehicles at plant better this car was not designed well . x
