My experience was wonderful. I was able to have someone pick up my car and bring it back! Everything went well, and everyone was very courteous and friendly. I was told what needed done and it was done quickly! The whole experience at North Star is great from buying the car and then for service!

I brought my car for inspection and I had forgotten to mention that one of my tires was low on air. Driving down the road after the inspection I checked the tire pressure and guess what no change. I have a slow leak that no one caught. I am not sure about coming back there.

Larry our sales rep was awesome. He did have to juggle us and other buyers due to it being Black Friday and not by his fault the wait was a little longer than usual to complete the purchase but he was the best and everyone treated us very well!
