Buying a car is kinda like a prostate exam...it's a terrible experience that hopefully doesn't bring about worst consequences. I need a new vehicle you rake me over the coals and give me as little on my trade as possible while not budging on price. Then you insult my stellar credit score with 8.1% financing...are you mad? 6% and up for stellar credit is par for the course. Now I have to refinance that loan. So in short, buying a vehicle sucks and you and your dealership don't ease the pain.

When I got into my car and started it up the air pressure for my tires was showing on the screen it was 28 28 37 27 which i knew was not good i asked two gentlemen that was working on a car if they had air pressure there so i didn't have to go back inside they gladly helped me but my concern was that on my paper it said fluids and filters and air pressure was checked and obviously the air pressure in my tires was not.

The vehicle was finished a eight (8) days later than scheduled which was too many days. We can understand a few days but not 8. Also no one called to inform us it would be later in completion. We had to call to get updates.

I have been there four times for a bad actuator switch and nobody would believe me. I was able to google the problem and find the solution immediately but it took this dealership three months and four visits from me before they called GM for assistance. I had a video of the issue and they didn’t want to look at it. I had this vehicle less than a month before the problem started. Worst dealership I’ve ever purchased a car at.
