Staff is friendly and helpful. There was one incident. My oil was changed and I did not request it. The dealership had refunded me. It tells me the dealership owns up to their mistakes as well.

I brought my car in for two recalls. I was told upon pick up that the parts were not available for one of the recalls because they were on back order. I should have been told this before I dropped off my car so I could wait and have both recalls done at the same time. Now, I will have to go back when the parts are available, which is inconvenient to be without a car twice, when it could have been only once.

I am not happy with the service department I came in because I have a engine light on I had a 930 am o'clock appointment I also had a oil change I also have a bumper to bumper warranty which I was told that I didn't have to pay for any repairs as long as my warranty did expired and I still have 2000 miles to go on it before the my other warranty kick it then I was told that Chevy warranty wouldn't pay for it by now I have been there been there 4 hours by now after after I found out how it was getting pay for I was told it will be another hour in ended up being two hours before it was done I had to go to randy to get things done and he told me that I should of got a car to go home which I have I my warranty as well your service advisor jay which I had was rude told me to leave in front of his table which was working on my bill in place if it wasn't for Larry my sale person and Randy to get my car done I would still be there there is no reason why I had to wait 6 hours to get my car Back and this was the 2nd time I had my car there for the same reason in 4 months I get all my work done at north star. Have always brought my vehicles there for service … usually no issues. Brought car in to replace windshield, appointment was at 1pm, didn’t get it done that day even though they said they would. Blamed it on JEFF’S auto glass. Have warning light on in car now related to the repair and have to take it back in again!
